                               RESOLUTION NO. 19425
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE 
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST, 
                   RESPECTIVELY, A THIRD ADDENDUM TO THE 
                   AGREEMENT WITH DENNIS W. SMITH TO PERFORM 
                   INSPECTION SERVICES ON SEWER CONTRACT NO. 
                   76B, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION SYSTEM II, 
                   FOR AN ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF FORTY-EIGHT 
                   THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($48,000.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby 
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, a Third Addendum 
       to the Agreement with Dennis W. Smith to perform inspection 
       services on Sewer Contract No. 76B, Daytona Heights Collection 
       System II, for an estimated amount of $48,000.00.
